Terms and Conditions for Price Match Guarantee

1. Eligibility: The Price Match Guarantee (“PMG”) applies only to pressure washing and house washing services offered by Keep It Clean. Customers must provide a current and valid written quote from a competitor within Saint Augustine, Florida, for the identical service (same scope, area, and quality).

2. Validity of Competitor Quotes: Competitor quotes must be dated within 30 days of the submission for the price match. The quote must be from a licensed and insured service provider based in Saint Augustine, Florida. Digital or printed copies of the quote must be presented at the time of the request.

3. Matching Process: Upon verification of the competitor’s quote, Keep It Clean will match the price under the same terms and conditions of the service. This guarantee excludes quotes that are from promotional offers, discounts, or third-party providers.

4. Limitations: The PMG does not apply to:

   • Services with conditions or limitations that differ significantly from our standard offering.
   • Quotes from providers who are not licensed or insured.
   • Quotes from online bidding or auction websites.
   • Services that are bundled with other services or sold as part of a package.

5. Right to Verify: Keep It Clean reserves the right to verify the details of the competitor’s quote and to deny the price match if the quote is found to be invalid, fraudulent, or lower due to an error on the competitor’s part.

6. Modification or Cancellation: Keep It Clean reserves the right to modify or cancel the PMG at any time without prior notice.
